The Essentials:
* Role: Full commercial package management (Procurement Final Account).
* Setup: Reporting to a Senior QS within a structured, supportive team.
* Project: Live residential remediation (Non-corporate, technically focused).
* Location: Hybrid Gatwick/London
The Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying (Required).
* Main Contractor experience.
* Façade/Remediation exposure (Highly preferred).
