We are looking for a flexible and reliable Team Leader to join our team on a 28-hour contract.
Typical working pattern:
Week 1
Thursday: 14:00 - 21:30
Saturday: 07:00 - 14:15 / 14:15 - 21:30
Sunday: 14:00 - 21:30
Week 2
Monday: 07:00 - 14:30
Wednesday: 14:00 - 21:30
Thursday: 14:00 - 21:30
Friday: 07:00 - 14:30

As a Care Team Leader, you’ll play an important role in ensuring exceptional care is delivered every day. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you’ll lead shifts, support and coordinate care teams, oversee medication procedures, complete care assessments, and help ensure we continue to meet high regulatory and quality standards.
