Hours: 28 Hours per Week

We are looking for a flexible and reliable Team Leader to join our team on a 28-hour contract.

Typical working pattern:

Week 1
Thursday: 14:00 - 21:30
Saturday: 07:00 - 14:15 / 14:15 - 21:30
Sunday: 14:00 - 21:30

Week 2
Monday: 07:00 - 14:30
Wednesday: 14:00 - 21:30
Thursday: 14:00 - 21:30
Friday: 07:00 - 14:30

As a Care Team Leader, you’ll play an important role in ensuring exceptional care is delivered every day. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you’ll lead shifts, support and coordinate care teams, oversee medication procedures, complete care assessments, and help ensure we continue to meet high regulatory and quality standards.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who combines compassion with confidence and enjoys leading by example to create positive experiences for residents and colleagues alike.

Godiva Lodge in Coventry is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 40 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
