Lorien is currently recruiting for a Cutover Manager & Implementation Manager - Oracle HCM Transformation to join our client on a 10 month initial contract, inside IR35.
In this role, you will to lead the end-to-end cutover strategy and execution for a critical Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. The role will oversee the transition of HR and Payroll functions from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premise to Oracle HCM Cloud, while ensuring the continuity of remaining ERP functions within EBS.
What you will do in this role is:
1. Cutover Strategy & Planning
2. Develop and own the cutover strategy, including approach, scope, dependencies, timelines, and risk management.
3. Define detailed cutover plans covering technical, functional, and business activities.
4. Ensure alignment with the key program milestones (PB1, PB2, SIT, FVT, PCT, Penetration Testing, Regression, Dress Rehearsal, and Go-Live).
The skills required in order to be successful in the position:
5. Proven experience as a Cutover/Implementation Manager on large-scale ERP/HCM programs, ideally Oracle HCM Cloud with Oracle EBS coexistence
6. Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes, payroll parallel testing
7. Hands-on experience overseeing data migration, integrations (OIC), and environment management in Oracle projects.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies between Cloud and on-premise systems.
9. Knowledge of release and environment management disciplines in Oracle Cloud implementations.
