Our team have a vast depth of knowledge in school business management and education HR. That’s our pedigree… In fact, our Managing Director worked as a School Business Manager/ Consultant for 7 years before setting up Fusion HR in 2011.
We’ve been around for a while, and now support over 1600 schools and MATs! We have fused both our services and software products under one group name (FEPS) – Fusion Education People Solutions – providing the full wrap around, end to end solution for all schools and trusts.

So, what’s the role?
We’re keen to continue the transformation of our business to a Recurring Revenue model and – due to a period of sustained growth and success – we are looking to add a further Account Manager into our busy team. This role will be to predominantly work with known customers, building strong working relationships and ensuring their continued commitment with FEPS.
Some of the main responsibilities of our Account Manager will be:
* Being the immediate point of contact for any questions, queries or concerns that our customers have; building trust with FEPS.
* Engaging with our customers, understanding their needs and challenges within EdTech and delivering a range of products and services that will meet their wants. It’s also really important for us that each and every customer has a complete understanding of what they have bought, and the many features and benefits available to them.
* Understanding the ever changing Education marketplace, and who we need to engage with.
* Attend roadshows and promotional events on occasion.
* Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team, and wider business, to share knowledge and drive future business growth.

* Previous experience in an account management role, supporting multiple accounts and customers.
* Experience and understanding of software as a service (SaaS).
* The ability to build strong, trusted relationships.
* A genuine tenacity to seeking out and connecting with new contacts, to upsell/cross sell opportunities.
