What the Job Involves As the Director, you will provide strategic leadership in adult safeguarding and all aspects of adult social care. You will work across the entire Council to ensure a collaborative approach for the best possible outcomes for residents. The role involves leading improvements and transformation in adult social care services, progressing the vision following a successful ADASS peer review. Key responsibilities include driving health and social care integration via Tower Hamlets Together and the Northeast London Integrated Care Board. Your role also includes managing significant budgets, achieving financial sustainability with savings targets, and integrating innovations in housing with care and technology. This is aimed at putting Tower Hamlets at the leading edge of strengths-based care and support.
