What part will you play? As a Customer Service Representative you will be our customer’s first point of contact, fact‑finding to best navigate their queries and offering the right resolutions. You will communicate through phone, in‑app chat, and email to arm customers with the tools to get the best from using GoHenry.
Shift pattern (permanent full‑time, 37.5 hours per week)
Option 1: Sun 10‑6, Mon 12‑8, Tue 12‑8, Wed 8‑4, Thu 8:30‑4:30
Option 2: Tue 12‑8, Wed 12‑8, Thu 8‑4, Fri 12‑8, Sat 8‑4
How we will support you
We provide concentrated training to build system navigation skills (6‑10 weeks), continuing regular training to keep you skilled. We offer opportunities to gain certified qualifications and give you the time to provide thoughtful solutions, making it easy for you and customers.
What you need to join with
* Transferable customer service skills from a contact centre, financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.
* High standard of written and verbal English.
* Comfortable navigating multiple systems while verbally explaining and guiding customers to positive resolutions.
* A passion for building great rapport and providing a fantastic experience that makes a difference.
