This role is both hands-on and supervisory. You will need to be ready to dive in and get things done!

Excellent organisation and time management skills
Keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and staff members
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Immediate availability is an advantage
You must have your own vehicle as public transport in the area is limited
What will your role look like?
As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the holiday lets:
The 6-bedroom Georgian-built Sandridge Barton House, which offers majestic views over the River Dart
The cosy 2-bedroom Boathouse, nestled in the woods along the riverbank
The newly-refurbished 4-bedroom Lower Well Farmhouse, located within their winery visitor centre
Responsibilities
Perform weekly cleaning and laundry duties
Liaise with the in-house booking team, booking agents, and Estate Manager
Manage cleaning contractors/casual staff as needed to ensure impeccable presentation
Check and replace linen, crockery, and other essentials as required
Manage stocks of consumables and cleaning products
Welcome guests upon arrival (if required)
Handle out-of-hours emergency calls on a rota basis
