The appointed Solicitor will:
Provide timely, pragmatic legal and commercial advice to support a global portfolio of projects
Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and support any necessary deviations
Assist with the administration and operation of the organisation’s contracts and legal framework
Deliver training on legal and commercial issues across the business
Support the development of improved legal and commercial processes and systems
Work closely with Project Directors and Partners during contract negotiations and project delivery
