The Role Support the learning, play and development of children aged 0-5 Follow daily routines including meals, naps, and play Assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment Work alongside a team of Early Years professionals Ensure all safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained Essential Criteria Passionate about working with young children Reliable, caring and patient Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Willingness to support with personal care Desirable Criteria Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification (for qualified positions) Previous experience in a nursery or Early Years setting Paediatric First Aid training Want to become a qualified TA or EYFS Practitioner? We are currently working in partnership with a training provider. Cidori offer a fully funded Level 2 Teaching Assistant course. The course lasts 4 weeks and will give you the knowledge and skills needed to work in schools. You will become confident leading small group sessions and forming professional relationships with students.
