What you’ll be doing
* Lead financial due diligence for M&A transactions, ensuring rigorous assessment and high‑quality financial insights.
* Perform valuation analysis using advanced methodologies to support strategic decision‑making.
* Build comprehensive financial models, capturing synergies, integration costs, and ROI scenarios.
* Shape investment cases by partnering with Development Managers, Development Associates and senior stakeholders.
* Support investment papers and play a key role in submissions for CRH approval.
* Advise on deal structuring and financing, optimising value and mitigating risk.
* Drive process efficiency, proactively managing bottlenecks and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end execution across financial workstreams.

* Deep knowledge of corporate finance principles and transaction structures.
* Excellent communication skills for crafting investment papers and presenting findings.
* A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain efficiency.
Experience
* Significant experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, or transaction services.
* A track record of delivering high‑quality financial due diligence and valuation for complex deals.
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams in corporate or advisory environments.
Education
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
* A professional qualification such as ACA or CFA.
* Evidence of continued learning in financial analysis and deal execution.
