Job Title: Overhead Crane Labourer
Hours: 08.00 am till 16.30 Monday to Friday (with as much overtime as you like paid at 1.3 and 1.5)
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £12.50ph ( £13ph after 3 months)
Duration: straight permanent
We are seeking a skilled Overhead Crane Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience using overhead cranes and moving steel within a factory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate overhead cranes to move steel around the factory.
2. Assist with loading and unloading steel materials.
3. Be willing to work overtime, including tasks outside regular hours (after 4:30 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m.).
4. Work Saturday mornings as required.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in operating overhead cranes.
2. Experience in handling and moving steel.
3. Flexibility to work overtime and early/late shifts as needed.
