Role Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons tailored to learners with SEN needs, ensuring all students can access the curriculum. Oversee the day-to-day implementation of the school's SEND policy to raise student achievement. Coordinate and attend EHCP reviews, supporting staff, parents, and external agencies in delivering effective provision. Monitor student progress, analyse data, and put strategies in place to meet individual needs. Provide guidance and support to colleagues in developing inclusive teaching strategies.
