Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across HR processes and systems
* Act as first point of contact for HR queries and mailbox management
* Support recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, and coordination
* Manage onboarding and leaver processes, including documentation and references
* Maintain HR system records and generate reports
* Monitor absence and support case management with HRBPs
* Own and contribute to HR projects and process improvements
The Successful Applicant
Requirements
* Previous HR administration experience is essential
* Recruitment experience (agency or in-house) is desirable
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems (iTrent experience a plus)
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines

This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours). Hybrid working is offered with up to 2 days from home. Occasional travel to other UK offices may be required. Salary circa £29,000.
