Criminal Prosecutions Lawyer needed ref 000A B6F3 / 1 Full time hours on a temporarybasis Key Responsibilities Manage and prepare a busy caseload of criminal prosecution files. Conduct advocacy in the Magistrates Court and support Crown Court matters where required. Advise on evidence, charging decisions, disclosure, and case strategy. Work closely with enforcement teams, investigators, and external agencies. Ensure all cases comply with the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act (CPIA), Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE), and relevant regulations. Draft legal documents, witness statements, and case summaries. Represent the organisation professionally in all court and client interactions.
