Location: Southampton (Office-based)

Salary: £25,000 basic plus commission

Start Date: From mid-August

Type: Full-time / Part-time

The Opportunity

We're building a new Sales Outreach Team to drive UK growth and identify fresh business opportunities. This is a fast-paced, phone-focused role where you’ll be making high volumes of outbound calls, engaging prospective customers, and generating qualified leads.

Whether you’re calling warm leads or creating opportunities from scratch, you’ll be on the front line of our commercial growth strategy—helping establish the first touch points that lead to long-term customer partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Making proactive outbound sales calls to potential customers
* Generating and qualifying new business leads
* Preparing quotes, following up, and arranging BDM visits
* Researching and targeting high-value prospects using market insights
* Accurately maintaining CRM records and contributing to sales forecasts
* Collaborating across departments to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions

What You’ll Bring

* At least 2 years experience in a phone-based B2B sales role
* A confident, professional phone manner with strong communication skills
* Results-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach
* Excellent time management and pipeline ownership
* Commercial awareness and CRM proficiency
* Competency with Microsoft Office
* Team player who thrives in a high-activity, collaborative environment
* Bonus: Background or interest in packaging, manufacturing, or materials

Industry experience is not essential—what matters most is a proven ability to win new business.
