1. Starting salary of circa £26,000.00 per annum possibly more depending on experience with uncapped personal commission

Duties:
8. Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the phone
9. Manage service and repair bookings professionally and efficiently
10. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records within the Dealer Management System
11. Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure smooth daily operations
12. Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and additional work requirements
13. Promote additional aftersales products and services when appropriate
14. Drive customer retention, service sales and departmental performance
15. Complete all administration, invoicing and warranty documentation accurately
Requirements:
16. Previous experience in an automotive aftersales or service advisor role is highly desirable
17. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
18. Professional, confident and customer-focused approach
19. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy dealership environment
20. Organised with strong attention to detail
21. Positive attitude and team-player mentality
22. Commercial awareness with the ability to identify sales opportunities
23. Full UK Driving Licence is essential
