We’re seeking a Engineering Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation at the cutting edge of defence technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on technical leader to shape and grow a dynamic Test & Applications Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Test & Applications Engineering team, providing mentorship and technical direction.
* Set team objectives and support the professional development and training of staff.
* Ensure robust and traceable processes are established and followed, including:
* Software development and version control
* Test vector generation and management
* Calibration procedures and test setup
* Work closely with customers to understand requirements and deliver effective, reliable test solutions.
* Promote a structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach to all testing and development activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven background in an RF test or RF design environment.
* Strong experience with software development for testing applications.
* Demonstrated capability in technical leadership and line management.
* Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to drive complex projects to completion.
* Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to evolving technical and business needs.
