PENSIONS FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR
What does this role entail?
* Reconciling and processing contributions for Investment and Disinvestment.
* Liaising with schemes regarding actions required to maintain the members pensions funds.
* Compiling monthly reports for regulatory purposes.
* Creating statements of accounts and answering other queries.
* Understanding and ensuring scheme activities are processed in line with the scheme rules, taking responsibility for all work to ensure delivery is of a high standard and is in accordance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Providing excellent service to our pension scheme employers and members, through accurate, timely and empathetic contact, via phone and email.
* Checking and handling Bank Reconciliations
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in financial administration services.
* Scheme and member focused service with the ability to deal with a variety of people, building relationships and managing expectations.
* Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with schemes, members and colleagues in a positive way.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage various tasks while achieving SLAs.
* Strong general computer skills, comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel) and other system functionality.
* Attention to detail.
* A friendly, and supportive team player.
Working Monday to Friday, 9-5 with one hour for lunch
