This company is a digital transformation company specialising in bespoke software development, legacy system support, and enterprise applications for a diverse range of clients. In this varied role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the wider Power Platform. You will be the primary point of contact to ensure the platform is stable, secure, scalable, and fully aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience administering Dynamics 365 CE/CRM environments and a strong working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse). You must have the ability to configure CRM components without code, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and understand CRM governance and solution management.
