We are looking for a positive, solution driven, practical commercial property solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join us in advising on the acquisition, management and disposal of our commercial property interests and planning matters. This will include negotiating and drafting transfers and assignments of freehold and leasehold property, easements and licences, playing a pivotal role in enabling one of our largest capital delivery programmes. You will advise on protective provisions, pipelaying powers, powers of entry, compensation and other associated property related matters.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Qualified (England and Wales) legal executive or solicitor with relevant commercial property experience within private practice or industry, including some planning expertise.
* Ideally, approximately 5+ years of relevant experience, but we would welcome applicants with less PQE who demonstrate the correct skills, behaviours and potential.
* Strong eye for detail, excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
* Confident communication skills with the ability to advise on complex issues and a hunger to learn, develop and broaden your knowledge and experience.
* Strong commercial acumen, sound drafting and IT skills, and a track record of providing excellent customer service.
