Kingdom Faith Ministries International, a vibrant and impactful ministry based in Milton Keynes, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Administration Assistant to support the Administrative Department. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a ministry that transforms lives and advances the Kingdom of God.
Responsibilities
* Database Entry: Entering Donation Information accurately and promptly
* Document Handling: Print invoices and receipts from email; file in both physical and online folders.
* Receipt Organisation: Collect and file receipts by date for easy retrieval.
* Bank Statements: Receive statements of accounts; file by date and by bank.
* Financial Requests: Process requisition and reimbursement requests; file receipts and related email attachments.
* Email Management: Monitor and respond to relevant finance and admin-related emails promptly.
Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
* Previous experience in an administrative and/or finance support role.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database management.
* Ability to manage both physical and digital filing systems effectively.
* Commitment to the values, mission, and ethical standards of the charity.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the Charity or non-profit operations.
* Familiarity with basic bookkeeping
* Demonstrated commitment to Christian values and the mission of Kingdom Faith Ministries International.
Office Working Hours Required:
* Monday and Wednesday
* From 10:00am - 3:00pm
