Role Description
This is a full-time h Supervisor/Contracts Manager at Contract Plumbing Solutions Ltd. The Supervisor/Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing plumbing and heating installations on new build housing projects in Leeds. This role involves managing contracts, coordinating with different trades on site, ensuring projects are completed to high standards, and following up on post-installation matters.
Qualifications
* Project Management and Contract Management skills
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of plumbing and heating systems
* Experience in new build housing industry
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Level 2/3 NVQ in plumbing and heating
* Gas Safe Qualifications if possible
