With a strong UK and international presence, the business continues to experience sustained growth and is expanding its operational team.The OpportunityAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior ITAD Technician to join a growing operation in Boston. This role is key to ensuring the secure, compliant, and efficient processing of IT assets, while also leading and supporting a team of technicians.You'll play a hands-on leadership role, helping to maintain high standards across ITAD processes while driving improvements in performance and workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and mentor a team of ITAD TechniciansOversee the secure handling, data wiping, and disposal of IT equipmentEnsure compliance with all data security and environmental regulationsMonitor workflow, productivity, and quality controlTrain and develop team members to maintain high standardsMaintain accurate records and reporting of processed assetsCollaborate with internal departments to improve processes and efficiencyEnsure health & safety procedures are adhered to at all timesSkills & Experience RequiredProven experience within ITAD, IT hardware processing, or a similar environmentPrevious leadership or supervisory experienceStrong understanding of data destruction processes and standards (e.g.
