You'll manage multi-channel ad campaigns across Meta and Google, with optional exposure to platforms like TikTok and Pinterest.

Key Responsibilities:
* Launch, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and Google for eCom brands.
* Monitor daily performance and implement data-led decisions to improve ROAS.
* Translate campaign data into actionable insights and clear reports for clients.
* Collaborate directly with clients to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
* Work with creative teams to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and performance-oriented.
Essential Experience:
* 2+ years' hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads for eCom brands with budgets of £20k+/month.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a client-facing environment.
* Analytical mindset with confidence using performance data to guide decisions.
* Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
* Self-driven and organised, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus
