As a Night Porter, you will...
* Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
* Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
* You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
* In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
* Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
* Set up & prepare for functions and meetings in our 2 function rooms.
* Set up resident breakfast room.
* Clean guest area front of house to ensure the first guests to come down for breakfast are met with sparkling facilities.
* A typical shift starts at 11.15pm and finishes at 6.15am.
What you’ll bring…
* Willingness to learn and expand your skills
* Have a great eye for detail, making sure every function is set up to perfection
* Ability to work on your own as this role is mostly lone working while the guests sleep.
* A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome
