This role is ideal for qualified SEN/SEND teachers eager to provide 1:1 tutoring in a creative, flexible, and trauma-informed manner. Together, we can enhance engagement and transform educational journeys!

Your Role as an SEN/SEND Tutor:
* Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other additional needs
* Support young people referred by local authorities and schools in their educational and social-emotional journeys
* Deliver flexible and holistic trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute each tutoring session tailored to individual needs
* Deliver holistic and engaging sessions that advance educational and social-emotional development
* Complete lesson reports and provide constructive feedback on progress
Requirements to Join Our Team:
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
* A minimum of 2 years teaching experience
* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional needs
* Knowledge of safeguarding processes
* Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this at cost if needed)
* Two professional references
* Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments
It is essential that you promote the health, safety, and well-being of children and young people while adhering to safeguarding policies at all times.
Employment Status:
* This position involves engaging with us as a Worker for short-term assignments
* You will work under a contract for service and be paid via PAYE
* No guaranteed work or expense coverage is provided
* Our insurance covers the work you do for us
* This is not a self-employed tutoring position
