The Opportunity As a Partner Success Manager at A-SAFE, you’ll be assisting the Partner Account Managers (PAM) and other internal stakeholders in growing revenues through our partner network. You will retain and nurture existing Partner relationships by providing world-class support. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong background in partner success and global account management. You are organised, tech-savvy, great at solving problems, and know how to build lasting business relationships. In This Role, You Will Retain and nurture Partner relationships by providing proactive support throughout the sales process, sending quotes and drawings, following up promptly, and ensuring accurate project handovers for seamless ordering. Deliver end-to-end customer support: handle emails, assist with post-order surveys and feedback, and collaborate on product recommendations and solutions. Assist Partner Account Managers with administration and follow-up tasks, ensuring timely receipt of new customers and directing service enquiries to the appropriate coordinators. Maintain and update CRM: record all activities, opportunities, leads, pipeline and forecasts accurately, and keep the customer database current. Drive partner engagement through regular monthly calls to review sales pipelines, track quotation progress, and identify new opportunities to meet growth targets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Managing Director, Partner Account Managers, Partner Development Executives, Sales Support and Technical Service teams—to deliver a world-class, cross-departmental customer experience. Liaise with external partners and select end users to deepen relationships, understand their business needs, and support them with technical, product, and sales expertise. Uphold core company responsibilities by adhering to health & safety, equality & diversity policies, and completing additional reasonable tasks as directed by line managers and senior leadership.
