Role Overview
No optical experience is required – we provide world‑class training to support you in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This Retail Associate position is located at OPSM in Ballina.
Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting customers to provide an exceptional customer experience.
* Processing specialised orders for our customers.
* Driving sales by giving customers informative knowledge about our luxury and cutting‑edge products.
* Contributing to a positive and fun team culture.
Qualifications
* Previous retail, sales or customer service experience.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
* Thrives in an exciting, fast‑paced environment.
* Genuine passion for technology, innovation and learning.
