About the Role The position is ideally suited to a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive with circa 2-6 PQE, although all applications are welcome. You will manage a varied and engaging multi-track caseload, with around a third of matters progressing to litigation. Caseloads are intentionally kept to under 40 files to ensure quality and focus, supported by experienced paralegals and secretaries. You’ll be working on a broad mix of clinical negligence claims, from complex high-value matters to more straightforward cases. The team’s work is primarily sourced through recommendations and it takes a selective approach to new instructions, maintaining high standards and a strong client-focused ethos. What’s on Offer?
