About the Role
As part of a fast-paced, busy depot, the Foreman is responsible for the efficient running of the depot, maximizing the availability of equipment for hire, allocating and monitoring the workload of the engineers and drivers, and ensuring that all equipment is maintained and kept in working order at all times.
The Foreman also supports and develops the team to maximize performance while ensuring the health and safety of all employees within the depot workshop.
Qualifications
* Sound and current knowledge of pumps or power equipment (highly desirable).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Ability to develop and manage teams within a fast-paced depot environment.
* A valid driving licence preferred but not essential.
