Basildon (SS15) 12 month FTC (37 hours per week) Competitive Salary Flexible Benefits Summary Freedom’s Networks division is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support our electrical engineering operations team based in Basildon. This is a key support role responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office functions, managing data entry, documentation, and procurement processes. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Deliverables: • Provide general administrative support to the Networks team • Prepare, print, and organise customer correspondence and documentation • Access and maintain contract-specific systems and databases • Input and submit timesheets accurately and on time • Manage spreadsheets, calendars and schedules as required • Order and track tools, equipment, PPE and office supplies • Raise purchase orders and assist in processing and tracking invoices • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services What We’re Looking For: • Previous administration experience, ideally within an engineering, utilities or infrastructure environment • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload independently • High attention to detail and accuracy in data input • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Benefits We're always evolving our benefits to ensure we're attracting and retaining great people.
