Job Description
3. Manage and maintain diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments, there will be a team of circa 13 including the CEO. This is very much a team support role so you will be able to manage the work. You won't be required to support everyone very intensely.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Act as the first point of contact, handling calls and emails on behalf of key stakeholders.
7. Organise and manage internal and external events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
8. Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
9. Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
10. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and document handling.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA should have:
11. Proven experience in a similar support role.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
16. Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with care.
