Contract: Full-time, Temporary (Easter to July)
Salary: £93 - £105 per day (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
About the role
We are excited to be advertising a fantastic opportunity for an EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join a welcoming primary setting in the north of Sleaford, Lincolnshire. This EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 role will begin in April 2026 and will run on a full time temporary basis from Easter to July. You will be supporting early learners as they build confidence, develop key skills and enjoy their first steps in education. This is a great chance for someone who is passionate about early years to make a positive impact within a dedicated and supportive school community.

What you will need:
* Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting
* Clear, professional communication and a proactive, reliable attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with school staff
* A minimum of 6 weeks’ experience working with children in a similar setting in the UK
* A kind, confident, and calm approach, with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
* The ability to follow a teacher’s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups
* Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential
