My well established Wolverhampton based Engineering / Manufacturing client have an exciting vacancy for a Sales Administrator to join their team due to continued growth and expansion. You will be responsible for managing customers orders and making sure they are adhering to account procedures. Purchasing materials, keeping on top of stock levels and managing ever changing lead-times internally and externally. Duties:- * Receiving purchase orders and contract reviewing * Raising purchase orders for materials * Managing customer expectations on lead-times and stock levels * Raising jobcard for internal or external manufacturing work * Informing customer of delivery dates and booking transport with warehouse team * Constant progressing and communicating with set customers or manufacturing/warehousing team when demands change * Working in a team environment Key Skills:- * Must have previous sales admin experience within a warehousing or manufacturing company * Strong attention to detail. * Good understanding of basic maths to be able calculate weights, yields and prices. * Excellent communication skills on phone, email and face to face to be able to handle positive and negative situations. There is no new sales development as every account has an assigned sales rep. Hours of work Mon-Thurs 8-5, Fri 8-1.
