Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans.
* Guide our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.
* Support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction.
* Continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses.
Qualifications
* You must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA.
* You are passionate about health and fitness and can support and inspire our members to achieve their goals.
* You have excellent communication and interaction skills.
* You are self‑driven with a positive outlook.
* You have a passion for customer service.
Benefits
* 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly).
* Flexible working hours – you choose when you are available for 1‑on‑1 training sessions (minimum 25 hours a week).
