They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them to be based in their regional offices in Loughborough, and covering sites within the Leicestershire region.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, your duties will include:
1. Manage the Procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers on all contracts under the QS's control.
2. Placing all sub-contract orders in line with programme requirements, ensuring best price and contract adherence are achieved.
3. Placing material orders in line with programme requirements, ensuring that all records are saved appropriately & details provided to finance.
