The Role
As DigitalManager, you will:
* Drive digital transformation across the organisation, enabling a service‑based model powered by digital, data, and technology.
* Collaborate across Kingdom Group, working with managers in all areas to embed our aims, strategies, and values-fostering a culture that is trusting, inclusive, and efficient.
* Lead and contribute to corporate planning, delivery plans, and budget reporting to support long‑term strategic growth.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting business growth, innovation, and shared responsibility.
* Provide a customer‑focused digital support service, helping colleagues maximise digital tools, adopt best practice, and champion continuous improvement as digital advocates.

About You
We’relooking for someone whohas:
* Three or more years in a leadership role in a relevant discipline
* Knowledge and experience ofservice-basedorganisation design
* Proven ability to develop and implement data strategies
* Proven ability to deliver integrated SaaS based digital solutions that deliver great customer experiences and business value
* Extensive experience of project / programme management and a variety of methodologies
* Extensive experience in a customer focussed role
* Knowledge of Digital functions within relevant sectors
* Proven ability to lead and inspirestrong teamengagement
* Experience of promoting and valuing diversity
* Experience of encouraging collaborative working
* Proven ability of adapting to changing business demands
* Strong working knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines
* Degree (or equivalent) in a related field
