Job Description
Vision Products is seeking a dedicated and professional Contract Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily on‑site operations of our installation teams and ensuring tenants receive a seamless, high‑quality window fitting service.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the fenestration industry. You will act as a key link between our installation teams, end customers, and administrative staff—supporting smooth coordination to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The post holder would ideally have experience in surveying within windows/doors.
You will be confident managing on‑site situations, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of service delivery at all times.
This position will be based on site at our Pontyclun offices.
