Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
You’ll be joining a vibrant household of exceptional individuals aged between 50 and 75, each with unique personalities and interests. From sing-alongs and seaside trips to wildlife parks and pub lunches, life here is full of laughter, companionship, and meaningful moments.
Your role will involve:
7. Supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism
8. Helping with daily living, personal care, and medication
9. Encouraging independence and community involvement
10. Driving the minibus for outings—so a full UK manual driving licence is a real bonus!
You’ll be based in one home, working with the same people each day, allowing you to build strong, lasting relationships and make a real impact.
