Job Overview
We're looking for a Social Media and Influencer Manager to join our Home & Clothing Brand and Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of customer‑facing content across our Owned, Earned and Paid social channels—working with influencers, content creators and agency partners to bring our brand to life. As the go‑to expert, you'll shape strategy, deliver standout campaigns, and often take the first step into managing projects or people. Collaborating closely with teams across Tesco, Clothing & Home, you'll play a key role in driving creative, impactful content that connects with millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Ownership of the Social, Influencer and Content strategy and planning.
* Briefing social media agency(s) on brand & seasonal campaigns, product campaigns, and reactive content. Accountable for managing agency RTB's, feedback, output and effectiveness in line with agreed SOW and budgets.
* Management of the social media platforms for Home and/or Clothing including consistent brand TOV, community engagement, security and risk.
* Oversee strategy and content optimisation for all brands for the key Social Media platforms.
* Own the end‑to‑end management of digital content across our social media platforms in partnership with agencies.
* Work with the internal media team and agencies to develop the social paid media allocation for paid campaigns.
* Own and develop the paid influencer plan, content and execution in partnership with agencies.
* Guardianship of brand tone of voice across all influencer marketing content.
* Setting clear KPI's and measurement to track efficiency.
* Managing budgets across agency fees, production and paid media.
* Working cross‑functionally through the broader customer team, product teams and external agencies.
