What You’ll Do:
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding on policies, people processes, and organisational change.
* Drive employee engagement and support complex employee relations cases with fairness and care.
* Partner with our Talent, Reward, and HR Operations teams to deliver on learning, development, performance, and reward agendas.
* Help implement strategies that enhance performance and employee experience
* Champion DEI and contribute to building a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experienced generalist HR Business Partners within a matrixed or fast-paced environment.
* A strong grasp of UK employment law and best practice HR approaches.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
