**Job Purpose and work duties**
* Support Worker is required to join a small team of workers to assist a fun-loving w/c dependent lady with various activities to enable her to maintain an independent fulfilling life to meet her chosen lifestyle.
**Work Duties:**
* Domestic tasks e.g. laundry, housework and meal preparation.
* Shopping
* Outdoor walking/exercise leg exercised, walking with parallel bars and massage
* Taking me to appointments
* Assisting with leisure activities pushing the Wheelchair
**Supporting with**
Mobility, ensuring the employers safety
Personal care
Undertaking activities for employer
Ensuring employers home is clean, hygienic, and safe
**Other requirements**
Working in a safe way and highlighting health and safety concerns
Assisting with management of employers health risks
Establish and maintain effective communication
Maintaining confidentiality
Reliable and flexible
To drive a manual car ( over 25 )
Friendly and sociable, likes being out and about.
Very patient
**Location**
Within the employers home
**Hours and rate of pay**
* £12.21 per hour
* One afternoon a week for 5 hours. weekend work plus cover for holiday
