Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie Needed for Exciting New Opening from Award-Winning Michelin-Starred Chef
London | £38,000–£45,000 DOE | Immediate Start Preferred
PRS are proud to be partnering with one of London’s most exciting new restaurant openings, led by an award-winning Head Chef already recognised as one of the country’s most talented young culinary names.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious and driven Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie to join from the very beginning and play a key role in helping shape a restaurant destined for serious industry recognition.
The concept is a small-cover, casual dining restaurant delivering Michelin-level cuisine in a relaxed, family-style setting. The menu celebrates exceptional British produce, heavily influenced by the chef’s heritage and personal style.
With a small, highly skilled kitchen brigade and a 4.5-day operation, this role offers the chance to work closely with a genuinely exceptional chef in an environment focused on creativity, precision and team culture.

The Ideal Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie
The Head Chef is looking for someone who is:
• Experienced working within high-quality restaurants, ideally Michelin-starred or rosette environments
• Passionate about seasonal British produce and attention to detail
• Calm, organised and able to perform under pressure during service
• A strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Professional, hardworking and committed to maintaining exceptional standards
• Low ego, enthusiastic and excited by the challenge of building something special from day one
This role would suit a talented Chef de Partie looking to step into a Senior Chef de Partie position, or an established Senior Chef de Partie seeking the opportunity to learn from one of the UK's most exciting emerging culinary talents.
