Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a strong background in driver or logistics recruitment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business working with some of the UK’s largest logistics brands.
The Role You’ll manage the end‑to‑end recruitment of professional drivers, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering a high‑quality, compliant service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Recruiting HGV, LGV and professional drivers
* Managing client accounts and service delivery
* Candidate attraction, screening and compliance
* Shift planning, bookings and workforce management
* Supporting client growth and operational performance
* Acquiring new business and visiting customers
