Join our clients dynamic team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service within a nice office space in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the office-based link between customers and the organisation, ensuring queries are satisfied and problems are resolved.
Complete monthly scheduled service calls to existing customers, fostering strong relationships.
Process orders and transactions while meticulously maintaining files and records according to established procedures.
Respond promptly to customer queries and requests, ensuring excellent customer service.
Assist in expanding and retaining business by identifying customer needs and opportunities.
Provide administrative support for Customer Service Executives, facilitating smooth operations.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required, contributing to team success.
Ideal Candidate:
Possesses excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capable of prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Demonstrates strong communication and numeracy skills to engage with customers and handle transactions.
Has experience in a Customer Service role, showcasing a customer-centric approach.
Proficient in IT skills, especially Outlook and Excel, to manage daily tasks efficiently.
Exhibits great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.We are offering a competitive hourly rate of £13.21 for a full-time position, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30, and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.
The client offers 22 Days holiday, plus 4 bank holidays that can be taken flexibly and 4 that are set.
