Loch Maree Hotel and The Millcroft Hotel are hiring a Hotel Assistant to support operations across both locations in Gairloch. This role suits someone adaptable and reliable who wants hands on hospitality work in a busy Highland setting.
The role
* Support front of house including guest check in and enquiries.
* Assist with housekeeping including room cleaning and preparing linens.
* Help maintain clean and organised public areas.
* Work across departments to support daily hotel operations.
* Respond to guest needs and ensure a smooth experience.
Working pattern
* Full time seasonal role.
* Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy periods.
* Work split across both hotel locations.
What we are looking for
* Friendly and customer focused approach.
* Able to work across different tasks and departments.
* Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
Driving licence and own transport essential.
