We are currently recruiting confident, adaptable, and motivated Cover Supervisors to work within secondary schools across Dewsbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced support staff, or individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience within education.
The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with the work provided.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering pre-set lesson materials across a variety of subjects
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively
* Supporting students to complete assigned work
* Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
* Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
* Upholding school policies and safeguarding standards
