GSL Education is seeking experienced and adaptable Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible, supply basis across a range of primary and SEND schools in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) while maintaining flexibility in their work schedule. The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties. Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning and emotional support. Assist in creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Provide 1:1 or small group support to help pupils achieve their learning goals. Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines, demonstrating professionalism and reliability. About You: We are looking for individuals who are: Experienced in supporting children or young people with SEN (essential). Patient, compassionate, and adaptable to a variety of learning environments. Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Flexible and willing to travel to different schools across the city. Ideally hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, though relevant experience will also be considered.
