Overview

Our client is looking for a hands‑on, strategic Head of Digital Marketing to drive growth and performance across multiple DTC brands. You'll lead digital strategy, creative and execution spanning CRM, eCommerce and multi‑channel marketing while inspiring a talented team to deliver results and scalable growth.

Description

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, is comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, and has a proven track record of growing brands from early‑stage through to scale‑up.

* Own and lead full‑funnel digital marketing across SEO, PPC, Display, Affiliates, Influencers, CRM, Email, WhatsApp, Social, Paid Social, App, Direct Mail, and Analytics.
* Oversee tag management systems, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights across platforms.
* Develop and deliver impactful campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, including Meta, Google, and ATL.
* Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative multi‑channel strategies.
* Manage daily trading activity across Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
* Oversee CMS, CRO, merchandising, promotions, content, and customer journey optimisation.
* Partner with creative and brand teams to deliver a cohesive digital customer experience.
* Lead the development and continuous improvement of the DTC websites.
* Ensure digital infrastructure supports scalability, automation, and personalisation.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing cross‑functional digital team of two direct reports.
* Balance short‑term commercial performance with long‑term strategic growth.
* Foster a collaborative, agile, and data‑driven culture focused on excellence in performance, brand, and customer experience.
* Manage external agencies and partners to maximise ROI and brand impact.

* Proven track record driving digital and eCommerce growth, conversion, and customer acquisition.
* Skilled in CRM platforms to scale performance and customer experience.
* Strong collaborator with experience managing stakeholders, agencies, and partners.
* Data‑driven mindset with sharp commercial focus to optimise ROI and performance.
* Customer‑obsessed innovator who enhances engagement and retention through digital.

Job Offer

* Salary of £70,000 per annum.
