Property Sales Negotiator
Stretford | Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
£24,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (£60K+ OTE!)
1 in 3 weekends (remote working available)
Time Recruitment is proud to be representing a highly successful, award-winning estate agency in their search for a motivated and ambitious Property Sales Negotiator to join their thriving Manchester-based team.

Key responsibilities:
7. Manage your own portfolio of residential properties across the UK
8. Arrange viewings and present offers - all from the office (no site visits)
9. Negotiate sales and manage the full sales process
10. Upsell additional services and earn extra commission
11. Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
12. Use Rightmove & Rightmove+ to assess market trends and pricing
✅ What we're looking for:
13. Proven experience in property sales with a strong track record
14. A confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
15. Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about property
16. A team player with a strong work ethic and customer-first mindset
❌ What the role doesn't involve:
17. No paperwork - handled by dedicated admin staff
18. No site visits - fully office-based
19. No multitasking - your sole focus is negotiating and closing sales
